A chocolate made from pure Trinitario cocoa beans with designation of origin in Sambirano / Madagascar. Balanced, fruity cocoa, with a light roasted hazelnut aroma and a fresh note of wild berries. The traditionally gentle production process harmoniously expresses this chocolate’s subtle fruit acidity, hint of cloves and cedar wood, and long finish.
