Elisen Gingerbread
This traditional gingerbread is a classic of our confectionery. For generations it is manufactured according to an old family recipe without the use of flour.
marzipan (almonds, sugar, inverted sugar syrup), dark chocolate cocoa 65 % minimum (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, bourbon vanilla extract), sugar, egg white, almonds, candied orange peel (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, citric acid), honey, candied lemon peel (lemon peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, citric acid), host (potato starch, corn flour, corn starch), cinnamon, baking soda* (extract from concentrated grapejuice, corn flour, sodium carbonate), baking agent: ammonium, lemon, cloves, nutmeg, mace.
