Elisen Gingerbread
This traditional gingerbread is a classic of our confectionery. For generations it is manufactured according to an old family recipe without the use of flour.
Marzipan (Almonds, Sugar, Invert Sugarsyrup), Sugar, Egg White, Almonds, Candied Orange Peel (Orange Peel, Glucose Fructose Syrup, Sugar, Citric Acid), Blossom Honey, Candied Lemon Peel (Cedar, Glucose Fructose Syrup, Sugar, Citric Acid), Baking Powder (Grape Juice Extract, Corn Starch, Sodium Bicarbonate), Baking Agent (Ammonium, Lemon). Wafer: Potato Starch, Cornmeal, Corn Starch. Chocolate Coating: Cocoa 65 % minimum (Dark Chocolate, Cocoa Butter, Bourbon Vanilla Extract).
