Elisen Gingerbread
This traditional gingerbread is a classic of our confectionery. For generations it is manufactured according to an old family recipe without the use of flour.
marzipan (almonds, sugar, inverted sugar syrup), sugar, almonds, egg white, dark chocolate cocoa 65 % minimum (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, bourbon vanilla extract), fondant (sugar, glucose syrup), host (potato starch, corn flour, corn starch), candied orange peel (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, citric acid), honey, candied lemon peel (lemon peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, citric acid), cinnamon, baking soda* (extract from concentrated grapejuice, corn flour, sodium carbonate), baking agent: ammonium, lemon, cloves, nutmeg, mace.
